Clients should train with me not only because of my credentials and experience (BS exercise science, trainer for over three years, and former captain of Lindenwood’s Olympic Weightlifting team) but because I’ve always found it important to know how to connect and build rapport with clients. The ability to understand individuals and connect with them personally is essential for developing trust and respect. Many personal trainers think being a good trainer is based solely off of how well a workout program is written, that is not always the case.
My favorite workouts are any workout that involves the Olympic Lifts: (snatch and clean and jerk)!
My three favorite healthy foods are: eggs, Greek yogurt, and I have an obsession with beans!
