While free information online may be appealing, it's just not personal. Everyone is built differently physically and mentally, meaning what you're able to find for free online isn't tailored to your needs whatsoever. When trying to find an in-person trainer, you're always going to have to go through their schedule, not to mention you'll have to travel back and forth from their location. With remote training you're able to do your sessions on your own time, and still have it tailored to you.
My favorite style of workouts for myself are a strength/power workouts made for Spartan Race prep!
