I'm not afraid to say "You know what? Let me reach out to some outside recourses and get back to you on that question." I will never know everything about fitness and nutrition as its evolving 24/7. I will find the right answer though even if it means reaching out to a doctor.
My go-to-workout would be a good strength training session followed by some basketball.
