Training (with all of the quirks and nuances) is a passion of mine that has taken years to build into a mode of life. Although I have loved the journey, my effectiveness as a leader, coach, and instructor can help reduce the time it would take for others to reach where I am today and improve their overall health and well-being in the process. I have learnt what works the hard way, and that paired with my education will allow me to give a client the best possible service and outcomes they desire.
