Without me, clients would have to do a lot of guess work to try and see results. With me, there is no guess work. Working out isn’t the only thing that will get you to your dream body, when you work with me rather than others we will go into every aspect that could be holding you back. Then we will find solutions to help you propel forward in your goals.
My favorite workout is to kill a leg day and finish off with a HIIT style kickboxing workout.
I’m in love with a healthy stir fry. Mixed with rice, veggies, and lean steak. It’s “Da Best!”
