I have worked with a wide range of clients, from high school athletes to the elderly. I have instructed individuals, small and large groups through both weightlifting and cardiovascular workouts. I have worked as an assistant in a physical therapy office. I have been dedicated to fitness for over ten years and trained myself for a physique competition. I have a bachelor of science in kinesiology as well as multiple fitness and nutrition certifications.
