A client should feel comfortable with their trainer and develop a trust and bond that I find extremely valuable when working together to help achieve their goals. This is something you cannot do by yourself and with myself having taken Fitness and Health Promotion in school and experience in online training during COVID-19 my knowledge and connection with my clients is the most valuable part of training with myself.
My favourite workout to rely on would be weight training in the gym, primarily back or leg day!
