My Mission

My mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire clients. Help clients gain confidence and get them to the point where they will start spreading the knowledge to their family and friends! As a kid I’d go to watch my dads bodybuilding shows, and I’d always see him eating candy bars, which as I grew up came to realize they were protein bars. I’d see him watching documentaries of other bodybuilders as well and was always interested in it as a whole, but I was never able to carry out or act on this interest due to young age. Years later, I became fixated on fitness and changing my lifestyle because I was in a low spot in my life mentally due to a sudden loss in my family. I refused to stay in that state of mind and needed a distraction, something to keep me busy. I became obsessed with working out, eating right, documenting my progress along the way, and hitting new goals I’d set for myself. It gave me something to look forward to and I couldn't be happier with my progress and results!!

I used to dislike the texture of watermelon and I hated cucumbers, but I'm starting to enjoy it.
