My mission is to empower others to make the changes they need in their lives in order to reach their goals! I went from 162 lbs to 125 lbs in about a year by increasing my activity level and making better choices with my diet. It wasn’t always easy, but when you slowly change your habits, you can change your entire life. With patience, consistency, the right plan and a little bit of encouragement, I believe everyone is capable of amazing things. You don’t have to flip the table on your entire life, you just need to pick small, sustainable things you can add to your life. There’s no need to starve, overtrain, or do things you hate.
