They can try, they probably would get results. But I’ve seen people train at gyms and try and burn fat with doing one basic thing which is Cardio when in reality Cardio only burns one kind of fat. I believe in doing push-pull-legs with some cardio because it helps you transform your whole body.
I love eating boiled, grilled and steamed food the most. Grilled chicken with steamed broccoli! Yum!
