My journey to a healthier life is what kicked off my desire to train others - I have the personal experience of reshaping myself and improving my health, so I am able to relate to clients on a personal level. I also have the proven ability to tailor plans to the individual's lifestyle and dietary preferences, which leads to greater adherence. Importantly, my approach is to lead with grace and empathy while still motivating a client.
