I hold several credentials within the fitness industry and have trained clients of all ages and abilities. My education and experience allow me to help educate clients, and weed out much of the misinformation out there surrounding health and fitness. I am also conscientious in holding my clients accountable and offering motivation, something they cannot always gain from another source.
I have many workouts I enjoy, but perfecting my deadlift is my most favorite sweat sesh!
I love natural peanut butter, overnight oats, broccoli, fruit of all kinds, and hummus.
I hate mushrooms and olives! I want to like them, but they just don't taste good.

I enjoy working out to hip hop/rap, edm, country music, and sometimes rock. It's a mixed bag.
Most people are surprised to learn that I can lift heavy weights for being a smaller framed female.
