I really look at the whole person and where they are and what can give them a sense of success and accomplishment. Because once they feel successful progress will come. I'm the mom who didn't step into a gym until after my kids were born and wanted to claim my body back. I understand the stresses of life but how and why finding time for you and your health will make you better at everything else life demands of you
45 min of resistance training followed by 20-30 min of cardio
ALL of it!!! Healthy food makes me feel good. But if I have to pick one- VEGGIES
