I am dedicated to work hard, work smart for and with you. We will achieve goals while creating healthy, sustainable habits, making intentional choices and having a lot of fun doing it. From a young age movement, and athletics have been a constant joy for me; with peaks and valleys in my journey of course. The discipline, structure, camaraderie, confidence, energy, happiness, and pride are a few highlights of how fitness has molded who I am today. I was the high energy cheerleader during team lifts day in and day out. The bridge between fitness and wellness is one I am very thankful for. Taking care of yourself whether that is a morning routine, a movie night on a Saturday night, maybe its journalling, whatever focuses on your emotional health is love! Self love!
