I am inspired by helping others change their life for the better through fitness. I have personally experienced the many benefits of physical activity and exercise and being a trainer allows me to share my passion for movement. I create personalized workouts to address individual needs such as injury rehabilitation, weight loss goals, and improving strength. I want to make exercise and physical activity accessible to all by creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I encourage others to do things they might not have thought that they can do. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of someone’s journey to feeling more confident and loving who they are.

I am a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and have experience assessing clients abilities, limitations and keeping them on track based on their needs. I establish meaningful connections and clients trust me to be supportive, non-judgmental and to understand what works best for them. The benefits of having an accredited trainer include – proper instruction, injury mitigation and genuine motivation from an accountability partner.
