I think a client should train with me because I’m going to put the time in for them and show them how fun and life changing fitness can be. I’ve been in many of my client’s shoes, I know how hard it is to find motivation to get started, to keep consistent, and to love the journey as well as the outcome. I want to share that with them. I want to be your motivator, your cheerleader, and your teammate as you go along this journey.
I have a couple go-to workouts: strength training and yoga
I love spinach! Spinach goes well with so many things. It tastes great. And the protein!!
Zucchini. I know there are lots of great recipes for this veggie. But to me, it’s boring and gross.

All music but country. The music I choose depends on the workout I practice.
