The trainer/client relationship is like a close friendship. The trainer is respectful, open-minded, and able to speak with compassion to the client. Both build the relationship on the foundation of trust- the client trusts the knowledge provided by the trainer while the trainer trusts that the client is motivated to learn and implement. As a trainer I will do everything to be as encouraging and responsible as possible to allow the client to continue working towards their goals.
Excluding outdoor hobbies? I would probably do some yoga, followed by squats, pullups, and push-ups.
Eggs, greek yogurt, oatmeal, steak, and salmon to name a few, but the list can go on-and-on!
I'm not particularly fond of sweet potatoes, which means no sweet potato fries for me!

My usual go-to is either EDM (dubstep or bass), alternative rock, and sometimes no music at all!
People are usually surprised to hear I really enjoy yoga and have practiced for several years.
