My mission is to help my clients reach their goals in spite of any challenges they may face. I fractured my back while I was in the Army but I have found that keeping my back strong by lifting with good form is much healthier for me mentally and physically than letting it stop me from doing what I love. I'm here to help you reach your goals and show you how to work around any obstacles you may face! Mental and physical health go hand in hand and I will be here to encourage you on both your good days and the days you aren't feeling so motivated.

As a medically retired Army Veteran with 11 years experience I have a unique background and different approach than many trainers. While fitness has always been personally important to me it was also a requirement of my job, and as a supervisor I was also required to ensure my team members were physically fit as well. I became an expert in motivating and developing a passion in others for their own physical fitness.
