My Mission

The Legend Revealed. I was never taught how to understand my body, emotions or how to care for my mental health. For a while now I have consciously linked my overall mental and emotional health to that of my physical health and vice versa. I can see every day how this can make lives difficult as it did for myself and the people in my life and I really didn't want to live that way. Never understanding myself thoroughly and tracking my actions and habits to my overall health in general. I couldn't always afford to see all the doctors and specialist, also having a weak and compromised immune system since I was young made this even more difficult. I want to prove that you have every means to heal yourself in every capacity no matter our conditions. I want to help you get there. We know our bodies are like temples, so they say, well I want to find every nook and cranny. All the trap doors and secret passages. I want to help you in every physical, emotional and mental capacity that I can.
