A client should train with me because I not only have the knowledge and skills to get them their desired results, but I’m going through my own fitness journey and can empathize with them in many areas. I believe that having a coach that can relate to you and understands how you feel is incredibly beneficial and can help produce better results.
My favorite workout of all time is deadlifting. I also enjoy any kind of upper-body movement.
