My mission statement is to help others in all different background and to help to achieve their goals that are aligned more with their culture. Having some knowledge of one's background is important to relate to each other. I want people to know that it's okay to love the foods they eat are okay but as well staying fit and healthy are important as well.
Clients should train with me because I interact with many people with diverse backgrounds. I speak other languages and learn about their culture and backgrounds and have a deeper understanding of one's diet and health style choices. I respect many different and diverse populations and special populations as well and hope to attend to everyone's individuals needs.
