My Mission
My mission is to teach clients that fitness can be accessible and fun for everyone regardless of their background. Whether you're a day one beginner who has no idea where to start or you're a fitness nut looking for a change of pace, I'm here to help! I grew up with a very active lifestyle. I was involved in tons of activities including dance, basketball, volleyball, yoga, and hiking. Once I transitioned into adulthood, I found it hard to adapt to the traditional gym-only lifestyle. After lots of trial and error, I realized there are tons of ways to make fitness fun and interesting even if it's in the gym. As a licensed athletic trainer, I also have extensive knowledge of the human body and how injury can affect performance. I can make any accommodations necessary to allow you to continue reaching your goals while keeping your body healthy.

Why Train With Me
