Training with someone with proper education over information that can be found on the internet is important for someone’s safety and can be better tailored to that individual. Further, over those with only a certification, I have received a 4 year degree and am currently attaining my doctorate in this field so I am very knowledgeable as well as over 6 years of personal experience training.
My go-to workout is also a resistance training/weightlifting style workout.
I’m a bit crazy because I love all fruits and vegetables so it’s hard to choose my favorites!
