I have several years of fitness experience and studies that help me prepare accurate workout plans to achieve any fitness goal. I fully invest in whomever comes to me for advice and have their best interest in mind when I'm curating workout plans and meal suggestions. A solid full-body lifting/strength session followed by 10-15 minutes of cardio (HIIT or LISS)
