Every body is different and if they know that someone is listening to their needs, I can change their program to the result that they need. By being in the military for 7 years, and training for 5 years, I've seen all types of body structures and everyone wants to have their very own fitness lifestyle.
My favorite go-to workout is usually on leg day. I train legs 2-3/week for 2 hours.
Salmon and rice with veggies. Turkey meat with rice and corn. Avocados for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
I'm not a huge fan of oats but I try to put it in my breakfast regime to avoid unhealthy food.
