They should train with me because running solo can be great, but it's hard when you don't understand the information you are getting online and just doing what it says. Everyone is unique and needs their own unique workouts and exercises that will help them for their goals and needs they have in mind. I am able to offer that and give a real personal experience. I also love helping people grow knowledge about fitness and understand what does what, and why do this, and not this. It is also a lot easier to go through your journey with others than by yourself.
My go-to workout is a great 10 min circuit, repeat a couple times to get a good sweat!
