Meet Coach La'Sean

My Mission

My mission is to help clients achieve their fitness goals the best way I can. I was an underdog while in school and I had to work hard to get where I needed to be when it came to sports and fitness. I also tell my kids that you have to work to be good, better and then the best. Never say the words "I can't" as positivity is key to making goals.
