My favorite workout is full body movements such as burpees, deadlifts, and pull ups.
My favorite meal is salmon, asparagus, and baked potatoes. I’m a big fan of grill chicken and steak.
I’m not big on diary products, plant based burgers, lettuce, any thing pork, and cottage cheese.

I can run a 2 mile run less than 13 minutes. I can do over 30 pull ups within 45 secs.
