I have been involved in a wide variety of experiences physically being a college athlete, active duty military, and competing in powerlifting and running a half marathon allows me to relate to others in knowing how hard it is to find something you really enjoy as well as what fits their fitness goals. Being knowledgeable in a wide variety of training disciplines allows me to provide knowledge transfer that is more valuable when hearing it from a real person. .
I enjoy high intensity workouts that incorporate cardio, weightlifting and unconventional movements.
I enjoy anything with fruit in it as well as lean proteins that are easy to cook.
