I believe fitness education is extremely important. In today’s society people spend more and more time in front of a computer, phone or television playing games. This obviously does not help their fitness levels increase especially when they are more likely to be having a snack which is not healthy for them. People today are at an increasingly high percentage of being overweight and obesity. If they can become interested in fitness , which keeps them moderately active, this would have a great effect on their health now and for life. People who become interested in fitness are likely to continue that activity as they get older. It is my belief that if I can get people to become interested in fitness now, then as they get older they will be more interested in their health and fitness. What people learn now for fitness education, even if they don’t use that knowledge, they will at the very least be able to apply it as they get older and become more aware of their fitness level!
Because I can make changes (within minutes) to their routine or diet to enhance their outcome. Thus saving them time and money, compared to if they researched information on their own, which may or may not be accurate.
