I love weight training and when I force myself to do cardio I usually go for HIIT training!
My go to breakfast is a bowl of tougher with peanut butter, bananas and granola all mixed together.
I’ve always struggled eating my veggies, but i’ve gotten better. Broccoli is so disgusting.

I start off with slow music to get into the right head space then switch it to some upbeat music.
I love to compete with myself and find it so fun to set goals and demolish them and hit new PRs.
