I strive to meet a client where they are at. I stress and firmly believe that every day is different which could quite possible mean their bodies might not be able to do the same thing they did a day or two ago. I also have a passion for wholistic health and like to help clients see how their physical health works tandem with mental health as well.I also have worked with a wide range of clients from college athletes, people in cancer remission, and those in 70s with chronic pain and agin issues.
My favorite go-to workouts to get a good sweat session in are HIIT and Strength Training.
