I am naturally emotionally intelligent. What keeps clients adherent to routines and diet is not pestering them or judging them. It's the root cause. For example if someone is too tired to cook a healthy meal and goes for fast food, I would encourage them to limit portions sizes of fast food, or get healthier options at the fast food restaurant. Working with the client with a focus on the individual as a whole is what gets results.
Hands down, a good boxing session. My second favorite is transforming a workout with supersets.
