The reason a client should train with me is because of my attention to detail, care for them as individuals, empathy and emotional intelligence. From the moment I have a client, I am locked in on their goal as much as they are and make sure they have the knowledge, education, and accountability they need to take them to the next level.
My favorite workout these days are full body splits with a mix of calisthenics.
Most fruits (particularly oranges and grapes), oatmeal, and yogurt!
I absolutely hate onions! Too strong for me personally

People always seem surprised when I tell them I train handstands regularly.
