My mission is to help clients transform both physically and mentally, since they often coincide. I am focused on small goals that add up to big changes rather than going all in on something and ultimately failing due to burn out. I was able to completely change the way I view food and exercise, now using them both as an energy source instead of something that is scary or "bad for me".
