To me being a trainer is much more than just giving someone workouts. I want to build a very personable connection with each of my clients and really motivate them towards reaching their external goals as well as their internal goals. Every client of mine has loved working with me because I make it much more than just lifting weights. I will keep you accountable and motivated especially on those days you would rather say “maybe tomorrow”.
Has to be when I hit Chest and Back. Two big muscle groups in 1 workout is AMAZING!
Eggs, Rice, Tilapia, Tuna, Celery, Steak. Anything with high protein and low carbs, I’m all for it!
I am one of the least picky eaters out there, if you tell me it’s edible I’ll eat it!

Heavy metal or EDM. You’ll definitely see Metallica on my phone at some point during my workout.
