They should train with me because I have superior knowledge of exercise science through NASM and I studied Physical Therapy Assistant degree for a year. Through my mistakes in lifting, I want my clients to go in the right direction without going through the same mistakes as I did with lifting. Healthy food I love would either be burrito bowls or chicken wings (if it’s air fried lol ?)
