There's a lot of misinformation online that can cause more harm to the body than good. What works for one person may not work for the other. As a Trainer, I can utilise what I know to create a structured and personalized program that allows my client to not only achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible, but actually maintain those results and change their lives for the better.
Lower body strength training and I also love a good HIIT workout!
