My Mission
I got into fitness at a young age because I was a bit on the bigger side. I started working out and eating better at age 13 and shed weight. I went from being the super shy kid that no one paid any attention to to the girl that got fit and gained confidence- truly, I became who I was always meant to be. Since then, I've had two children and I have had to shed off that weight several more times. It takes consistency! My mission is to help my clients lead better, fuller, and healthier lives. A lot can change from changing one's day-to-day eating and exercise habits. If one can focus on improving this area of their life, they feel more confident. If one feels more confident, they achieve other things such as getting that promotion they want, traveling to a dream destination, meeting the love of their life, or trying other new things they never would have beforehand. Life is really what you make it! So why not be the best possible version of yourself?!

There is a lot of information on the internet about exercise and nutrition but that is all more of a "one size fits all" kind of deal. I will personalize your workouts to you and tweak things along the way to align with your goals. I do have expertise with different client types- women, men, kids, special needs, and the older than 65 individuals. I have a 4-year degree in exercise science and 10 years of experience in the field. I will help you reach your short and long term fitness goals!

I love a great Tabata workout! Mix in some strength and cardio to get it all done in under 25 min!

Healthy food I love

I adore avocados, blueberries and a fun salad with protein, healthy fats and fresh leafy greens!

I still cannot eat kale- HA! I never could get into flax and chia seeds either!
