Meet Coach Kathy

My Mission

It is and has been my mission to help others through fitness. This has always been something I was very clear about, BUT since leaving an abusive marriage I have healed, grown, and become an advocate to coach others, give them hope, believe in themselves and constantly reminding them we hold the power. The power to change, and it starts from the inside and reflects to an incredible outer self that the world sees. I did it...in the 6 week challenge I used to run at ;my studio, mindfulness, visualization, positive affirmations and gratitude journalling was a huge part of the challenges success. The last 2 years of my studio I ran 10 challenges and helped over 500 clients in that short time evolve into their best selves inside and out.
