When I first started my own fitness journey, I had a negative relationship with my body and with food. Once I started exploring all that fitness and nutrition could and should offer, I realized exercise was fun. My mission is to provide the same fun and joy I feel while working out to my clients. Fitness is not something that should be a chore. We should want to come into the gym and move our bodies. Movement is medicine and I strive to make movement (and nutrition as well) something we enjoy doing rather than something we "have" to do.
So many reasons but the most important and beneficial is accountability. When you have someone in your corner cheering you on while also ensuring you get the job done, you are much more likely to accomplish your goals.
