My Mission

As a trainer, it is my mission to ensure my clients are working towards their goals. I am a huge fan of habits and believe that small, incremental changes to someone’s habits can make a huge difference. For example, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to campus instead of taking the bus. There are so many small things we can do that can change who we are two weeks from now. My goal is to help clients find what habits work best for them, and implement them into their daily routines, to live a better and more enjoyable lifestyle.
