I have had experience working with many people with different experience and backgrounds when it comes to fitness. I specialize in clients with injuries and functional training. Helping with specific movements to improve their everyday life. I relate to my clients on more of a personable level by being sympathetic and empathic to their situations while being able to motivate them and get past their excuses to help reach their personal fitness goals.
I dont necessarily have a favorite go-to workout. I love being able to what I feel in the moment.
Anything that can be put into a bowl:Chicken/ground turkey,rice,beans,broccoli,bell peppers,avocado

I would say mainly fast rap/hip hop gets me pumped up. Some rock is mixed in from time to time.
I completed my degree after having my daughter at 18 while working multiple jobs & playing football.
