Ultimately it’s based on preference of course and how well we’re marketing ourselves in the world, nowadays social media being the largest presence of marketing, specifically though I feel as if I’m one of the few that will not only treat my client as just “business”, rather I treat them as if they’re a good friend of mine, I’ll be supportive, helpful, and always available if there’s any concerns or questions. I’m always attentive and I will make sure I know if there’s anything specific we need to work on before jumping into a specific exercise or workout.
My personal go to is a 10 minute jog on the treadmill, and then off to the races with some HIIT fun!
I love oatmeal or eggs in the morning with a piece of toast, and something healthy mid and late day!
