Train with me because I will take the time to make sure clients needs and goals are met and that they are comfortable and safe with exercise. I also have experience with athletes, general population and pre and post rehab to make sure they are getting everything out of their programming and coaching. They shouldn't go solo using free info online because it could lead to misinformation and wrong programming and potentially get themselves hurt.
