Meet Coach Jonathan

My Mission

My mission through Kickoff is to help inspire and change the way that people view fitness. I come from a household that never took fitness and nutrition seriously. Now, at 23 years old, I have to watch as my parents struggle in their 60's to get their youth back. I want to help set life changing habits that will be passed through generations. I got into the fitness industry, because I want to be the voice of encouragement to those who have struggled in the past with losing weight, building muscle, or just trying to improve their overall health.

Why Train With Me

If a client decides to train with me, I will do more than just tell them what to lift and what to eat. I want to get into the nitty-gritty details about health and why we do what we do. I want to help my clients understand the science behind cardiorespiratory fitness and how beneficial it is to the overall health of the body. I want clients to understand the differences between the calories they consume and where those calories come from. I pray that my desire and passion for the human body will be poured into my clients and help drive them to success. There is freedom in fitness and that is what I am after.
