I believe that someone should train with me because first and foremost, my main goal in life is to help others improve their quality of life; not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. I am very dedicated to helping people with their fitness/health goals. I am also extremely personable and charismatic, and I love building new relationships with people. I also have a lot of knowledge and experience working with many different types of clients with many different goals.
Personally, my go-to workout is anything that requires moving heavy weight. Especially squats!

I listen to all types of music when I am lifting. Rock, rap, and even country and worship music.
I have never tried alcohol. Not even a sip.
