My Mission
My mission is to help clients change their lives permanently by helping them fall in love with the fitness lifestyle. I am not genetically gifted but have achieved a great level of fitness and well-being through designing a consistent lifestyle of enjoyable exercise and delicious, healthy eating. We will achieve this with consistency on a day to day long-term basis. My clients will learn to be intrinsically motivated. Exercise can be fun! It is one of the highlights of my daily life. We are not interested in quick fixes or short-term thinking. Fitness is a journey, not a destination. We will work together to find out what works and doesn't work for you. Everybody is different, there is no one-size-fits-all. I can help you no matter what level you are currently at and whatever your goals are to achieve. Health is wealth, so let's get our priorities in order right now! The first step is the hardest. Let's improve just 1% every day and see where the journey takes us!

Ha ha, I hear of the many health benefits of eating Liver, but I just can't get myself to eat it.
