My mission is to instill in the lives of clients everywhere the value of health and fitness because a healthy body allows you to do the things you love, with the people you love, while being pain-free. It inspires me to help people increase their strength and energy, but more importantly, increase their confidence. I like to say, "taking care of our bodies is a lifelong journey, not a destination." I am committed to empowering people of all ages through my knowledge of fitness, lifestyle choices, and nutrition to motivate and facilitate positive change in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I understand that each client is unique so as a passionate fitness trainer, I aim to design exercise programs that are innovative, focus on proper safety and technique, and are fun and rewarding. Through daily living my passion for fitness, my heart is fulfilled with my sense of service to others. I am grateful for being given these gifts to share.
