When a client signs up and pays for personal training, they are buying a one on one personal workout plan that is specifically made for their body, and workout goals. Where as when they look up free information online, they are not getting the personal experiences, and the specificity that they need to reach their. I am good at determining what is too easy, and too hard for a client without them telling me, and I am good at putting myself in the clients shoes to determine what workouts are best for them.
My go-to workouts are either a weight lifting session, a nice jog, or a hike in nature.
I love to cook, and I love all kinds of food!
